Follow I-84 East to Exit 68 (Rte. 195, Tolland, CT)

Left at traffic light at end of exit ramp

Follow Rte 195 approximately 1-1/2 miles to end (thru 2 sets of traffic lights, to stop sign), to intersection with Rte 74
Bear left onto Rte 74 and take immediate right onto Tolland Green Rd.
Follow Tolland Green Rd approximately ¼ mile to first stop sign (see St Matthews Church on left)
Go straight at stop sign (road name changes to Old Stafford Rd) for approximately 6/10 mile
Turn right onto Sage Meadow Drive

Settlers’ Ridge

From Exit 68
Follow I-84 East to Exit 68 (Rte. 195, Tolland, CT)
Left at traffic light at end of exit ramp
Follow Rte 195 approximately 1-1/2 miles to end (through 2 sets of traffic lights, to stop sign), to intersection with Rte 74
Bear left onto Rte 74 and take immediate right onto Tolland Green Rd.
Follow Tolland Green Rd approximately ¼ mile to first stop sign (see St Matthews Church on left)
Go straight at stop sign (road name changes to Old Stafford Rd) for approximately 4 miles
Turn right onto Charles Street

From Exit 69
Follow I-84 East to Exit 69 (Rte 74, Tolland, CT)
Left onto Rte 74 at stop sign at end of exit ramp
Follow 3/10 mile, turn right onto North River Road
Follow North River to top of hill & turn left onto Buff Cap Road
Follow Buff Cap for 2.8 miles to stop sign (intersection with Plains Rd)
Go straight at stop sign. Follow for 9/10 mile to intersection with Old Stafford Rd
Turn right onto Old Stafford Rd, follow for 5/10 mile, turn right onto Charles St

Follow I-84 East to Exit 67 (Rte 31, Vernon, CT)

Right onto Rte 31 at stop sign end of exit ramp onto Mile Hill Road

Continue on Rte 31 4-1/2 miles to intersection Rte 44

Left (East) onto Rte 44 approximately one mile to Carpenter Road

Left onto Carpenter  Road

Lots 10-14 are located 1/4 mile on the left

From Exit 68

Follow I-84 to East to Exit 68 (Rte 195)

Left at traffic light at end of exit ramp

Pass Mobil station on left, climb hill & take 1st left onto Cider Mill Connector

Follow approx 1/10 mile to stop sign and turn left onto Cider Mill Road

Follow Cider Mill for approx 9/10 mile to fork in road, bear right onto Grant Hill Road

Continue 3 miles on Grant Hill Road to left on Broadway
